Hypatia is operated by Beyond Condition Pty Ltd (ABN 33 139 306 360). This page is a placeholder for the full privacy policy, which will be published ahead of the first production engagement.

In short: documents you upload are held inside a single-tenant engagement, encrypted at rest and in transit, with access restricted to named counterparties you authorise. Every access is logged and attributed. Engagement data expires on the schedule set at engagement open (default: 30 days post-close).
